To get better anti-rust performance on metal surface, apply Apar primer surfacer Spray paint as a base coat. 2- Shake the can well. Gently press the top of the spray nozzle and direct to the target area at 10-12 Inches distance, spray the target area in stroking motion every 2-3 minutes for 2 to 3 coating till you get the desired look.
